Taijiquan Classes
Starting September 11th, 2007
Taijiquan (also spelled T'ai Chi Ch'uan) is a Chinese form of exercise originally developed as a martial art. It emphasizes balanced movement, proper body alignment, and maintaining a calm state of mind. It greatly benefits the health of both the body and the mind.
To practice Taijiquan, you perform a series of slow, pre-arranged movements. Taiji is infinitely adaptable, and can be practiced by people in almost any state of health. It's the perfect exercise for people who hate to exercise.
